NO. Belize Customs and Excise law requires customs declaration, import documentation and excise duty payment for alcoholic beverages and the Customs & Excise guidance sets out import procedures and licensing for commercial sale. Bringing in home‑distilled spirits and selling them at a fair without customs clearance, product approval and payment of excise duty contravenes customs and excise regulations.
