NO. As of April 2023, South Korea requires most visa-free travelers to obtain a Korea Electronic Travel Authorization (K-ETA) before arrival. The K-ETA is mandatory for entry and must be approved prior to boarding. It’s valid for two years and costs approximately 10,000 KRW.
