NO — Autonomous drone delivery is currently prohibited in Brazil. The National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) requires all drones to be manually operated and registered. Deliveries using drones must maintain visual line-of-sight and avoid flying over people or buildings. Autonomous operations, where the pilot cannot intervene, are banned.
